Ok my eyes got all crosseyed and I just had to enable a different theme. This is the TechPress Theme and it’s made by Small Potato.

Yes, your right.
Just got home from work now so I’ll spend some time tonight on the layout. I’m thinking of putting some of the sidebar items in dropdown menus instead.. such as the archives perhaps.
